    My digital team and I are conducting a research survey to gather information about employees in the Digital Marketing and Online Advertising industries. We are trying to figure out what are fair salaries and compensation strategies (commission, bonuses, etc) for our digital marketing sales force that we will be launching in 2017. If anyone with experience (past or present) in the Digital Marketing and Online Advertising Sales industries would be willing to share some information, we would really appreciate the help. We want to make sure our future digital sales members are compensated fairly and competitively.
