    Which website or software is best used to find the best keywords to use for your website? I want to see which keywords receive the most clicks on google per month, daily and weekly. Also this website or software must give you a true SEO report and how to fix any issues with your website including meta tag suggestions. Thank you.

    No software will give you exact results of search volume data and other stuff.
    You can use Google keyword planner, SEMRush, wordstream, keywordtool.io etc.

    Your particular demographic is not really an seo matter out of the gate. You need to be pounding facebook and a few other social media properties.

    You could probably use some aerial photography and a quick commercial.
