what i don't like is the options gender,country,age, for code the rest is fine i like what ads shows for my country not like other networks that have only adnetworkperformance ads

Where you got $4 for 4 imps? We have worldwide traffic.
Minimum payout for paypal is $50, and for wire transfer is $500(+ bank commision).
It refreshes twice an hour.
It is not compulsory to fill all of these, it is for statistics and for better targeting options for advertisers it. If you fill all of that info it could increase your CPM.

 

Do you pay on request once the balance reach 50$ ( for paypal ) ?

2.50$ for paypal is just to much , only if i get 4$ per day i will be able to make a withdraw
3.i don't really need this statistics but they are required right? , popads don't have such statistics just submit site and make big money but they are scam now and low rate i see that i get at traffpop just 0.001$ for 1 impressions so is not GOOD for me , only if i get HIGH rate for each country i will be able to earn a lot with traffpop i don't know rates for each country at your company because you don't tell me

The site is up again now, it seems there is some problem in your ssl certificate .

So far this network works well with me, and their cpm rate is good ( 0.95 $ ) .
