    Hello,

I don't consider myself old I'm only 42 years old but I love watching old TV Shows like Petticoat Junction, Green Acres, Gunsmoke, Have Gun will travel, adam 12, kojak, columbo, The munster...

On Saturday I like watching Svengoolie on METV my favorite channel.

Kojak and Columbo are two of my favorites. In fact, I have a revival era Columbo DVD set right here. I finished watching the six episodes of Columbo 1991 - 1993 and I must say that five out of the six episodes were really good. I read reviews saying that the newer episodes lacked the magic of the older episodes, but that is not true. Different era, different music, different hairstyles, but same old Columbo.

And Kojak? He's super cool and badass. I used to enjoy watching Kojak's first three seasons on Hulu until they made it subscription only. :(

If you like Kojak, you will also like Hawaii Five-O (classic series, not the new garbage) and possibly Rockford Files, one of my all-time favorites.

FYI: Columbo classic series will stop airing on ME-TV at the end of the year and move to Cozi-TV. In my area, there is a Cozi affiliate but it is a weak signal and I cannot get it where I am. They will have Rockford Files on, too, at the beginning of 2017, and I think Adam-12.

Get Smart is awesome, too. Hogan's Heroes is one of my favorites (1965 was a good year for American television). Munsters (I never liked Addam's Family that much). I Love Lucy. Beverly Hillbilies. Highway Patrol. Streets of San Francisco. Even Cannon was pretty decent.

I'm watching Dukes of Hazzard right now. :)

Modern TV sucks compared to classics of the past.

Well there is certainly some awful TV shows (cough reality TV cough), but I think TV has surpassed film. There are some brilliant TV series and with streaming you can watch it whenever you want.

I feel the same way I even say that to my family as well. My brother comes to my room to watch TV but once he sees I'm watching something in black & white he leaves.

Sure there's some modern tv shows I like but I prefer old tv better.

FOX moved the premiere date for Gotham season 4 up by one week. For awhile there, many fans wondered if season 3 would be the last they saw of Gotham. After all

I'm a fan of Firefly. Great show.... It lasted one glorious season, and then was cancelled by Fox.

How many of you enjoyed Firefly?

I enjoyed Terra Nova as well. Yet another show, though, that only lasted one season -- and was cancelled by Fox.
