We are looking to buy a ready-made script for Online Exams/Tests portal.
If you have already made one and ready to sell - please send demo/screenshot and the selling price. We need unbranded script only.

It might help to know how systems like Moodle aren't suitable so that people know a bit more about your requirements.

I can do this with wp from the ground up with custom post types and taxonomies with out much issue but, Sarah is entirely correct. Whats wrong with Moodle? You can run an entire college. Branding is not an issue here unless you got hired to build something you can't.
