Why are you selling this site?
I don't have time to support clients and run this business, hence selling.

    How is it monetized?
Yes. Clients make monthly and annual hosting payments.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    No.

How much time does this site take to run?
Instant. Sellers will be provided with all client, server and other details.

What challenges are there with running this site?
You will have to be available round the clock to support clients.

    No: of Clients and income:

Nope. I have another hosting business hostople.com. Which will also be included in sale. It's quite old.

Why wouldn't you make THAT the main site for sale instead of this one?

There's something off here, please share ALL of your Google Analytics information with me:

The property you shared with me on GA has MAYBE 5 visitors per day.

Please share the property that generated the several dozen hosting clients you're claiming revenue for.

Most of my clients are direct clients and not from Search engines. Many of them had their websites made from me.

So, when someone else comes in as the new owner - we may lose some clients?

Since we're taking over the operations - are we going to receive the pro-rated amount that was paid for the full year?

@ask2talk I'm sure you've already figured all this out. If these clients are paying for a year of hosting, when are we going to see some of the revenue?

No. You shouldn't lose any of the clients.
No, you won't be given the pro-rated amount. Hence I am selling to for less than 50% of projected / earned annual income.

Due to the lack of information provided by the seller (kaia_jassi) in verifying each clients authenticity, we will be revoking the bid placed on Skylark Hosting and any interest subsequently from the sale of Skylark Hosting along with any followed assets included. We HIGHLY encourage any parties interested to do a throughout check on each authentication of clients as well as payments.

I wish kaia_jassi and any other parties the best of luck with this sale. Good luck!

I'm only replying to help those whom are interested in this sale. Perhaps this information can help you.

We have not requested to log into your websites assets without proper legal documentation provided, signed and faxed. Verification process was requested we log into a remote server (PC remote control/remote access software) to where we can physically watch you live as each client is verified through each payment gateway you and your customers used, by you. This was an extremely vital step. This was to ensure each client made actual physical payments to Skylark according to the documents you provided from WHMCS.

@ UNIDEN. Due diligence is meant to be done prior to bidding, not after. It is not like there is a rush to bid either, quite a long time left on the sale, so I am disappointed with you.
Im no longer interested either, (have my own personal reasons for not bidding), if you are not interested, then just leave it at that. Others need to weigh up the risk/reward for themselves. IMHO, safer bet buying this then hosting websites on an unlimited 19c per month host.....

From my understanding, clients (some or all) joined under a "different" website (hostpole), and maybe / possibly, were pulled into skylark with the import module. hence under skylark wont be complete payment records.

It is not uncommon for a webdesigner to give webhosting bundled in with a website (ie, 1 payment and paid directly to them) and manually set it up in the whmcs system, especially if they are gaining work directly from forum members / freelancing sites.

Firstly, the sale won't happen unless the Reserve price or BIN is met. So, even if you have a bid in place, it doesn't mean that the sale might go thru.

@matt_62 , Hostople and Skylarkhosting, both are owned by me. I mentioned that I am going to give Skylarkhosting.com and Hostople.com, both to the buyer, so I am not really trying to rob someone. I am a designer, I sell hosting on both the sites for those who want only hosting. I have more direct clients (with websites) then the ones who only came for hosting purposes. I have made it clear to @UnidenHostingCom too. I made them clear that I can show them details via a skype screen share or TV, but he/she wants me to install Windows server and give him remote access so that he can check each and every account. He/she/They are ready to sign papers to keep the deal safe.. lol.. do you think papers hold any importance in day to day online deals? Numerous people have been scammed already here on DP. We all know that unless you have the payment, you shouldn't give a website / access to website backends to buyers. Who will give you access to server for a signed paper?
