I personally like budgetsupplier.com, I think it is catchy as well as brand able name. I am still new to this game, so I wont give you direct price estimate, but it is kind of domain which can sell. Might be little difficult to pro actively search end user.

The first domain might be worth nothing.

"budpassion" might be worth something to an end user. And budgetsupplier could snatch around $20 with the right end user. I don't think any of these would be helpful to domainers though (with the exception of budgetsupplier, which might make a few dollars from a domainer).
