Care to clarify, as they always have an unsubscribe link at the bottom?

It does seem that DNS believes that spam equals salesmanship — they lost several sales of my domains by inundating customers with meaningless prefabricated emails.
Buyers blocked their emails and stopped answering their phone calls. I expect many of those buyers would say DNS is a sleazy operation. Once you lose customer trust it is all over.
DNS has smart people brokering domains, but the methods they are expected to use are counter-productive.

@Accent
I don’t know the specifics of your exact situation, but yes the brokers are aggressive like Jeff said in his interview, buyers have options out there.
You really can’t fault the brokers, if the buyer does not have the budget, or does not like your price, or is just fishing pricing because they own a similar domain, most likely the sale would not be made anyways.
The buyer blocks, or unsubscribes because they simply are not interested, if they were they would be countering, or talking.
DNS has closed some strong sales for me, the broker does their job, then they had it off to their transfer concierge, they even get the buyer to cover escrow fees, cuz I had to admit usually to get the deal done I usually pay them as they are not much when doing 5 figure offers.
Regardless, I don’t fault them for aggressively fighting to get the deal done.
