Yes I've been using Bitcoin for a few years now. You can buy Bitcoin using a credit/debit card or a bank account on Circle.com, they're highly trusted, I myself have used them plenty of times. Localbitcoins.com is also excellent because they allow for a variety of payment methods, Webmoney, Skrill, PayPal etc.

You can buy bitcoins directly from other people via marketplaces. You can pay through credit or debit cards, wire transfers or even hard cash depending on your location and who you are buying them.You can checkout Coinbase and circle.
