Hello, please help me look into this matter.
I own a .group domain name at name.com witch I sold on sedo more than 1 month ago.
Sedo asked me to push the domain to their name.com account; I tried pushing the domain unsuccessfully and also i couldn't transfer the domain at that time because of 60 days lock.
I email my registrar name.com and asked them why I can't internally push the domain into another name.com account. Their answer didn't help, they asked me to wait the 60 days lock before i do any pushing/transfer of the domain.
The 60 days lock have now ended since a couple of days now, and still the transfer authorization code is not showing for any of my .group domains at name.com.
I requested name.com to send me transfer auth code and after a long waiting, their support sent me this funny email:
Thank you for your email! We hope that your day is going well.
A .GROUP domain name is not able to be transferred until after 90 days and that is why you are not seeing the auth code available. You will be able to transfer and retrieve the auth code on 9/12/2016. I hope this helps!

Please guys is this true about .group domains
because I own .group domain at namecheap.com, and when i requested the transfer auth code from them, i instantly received it. I don't know why name.com is not giving me transfer auth code.
do they have a right to keep my domain from been transferred after 60 days lock is lifted?
